Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Residential House Cleaning Professional to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services to private homes, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and experience in various cleaning and sanitation tasks. Prior experience in residential cleaning is highly valued. A candidate with great work ethic, attendance and the ability to learn is also valuable. This position will start out as part time hours per week) . Once we know it's a good fit for both of us, we will extend your hours hours per week). After a phone interview, In Person Interviews will be December 30th through January 5th. Interviews will be held until we hire the three candidates that fit our needs, at that point the employee search and interviews will be closed.

**Duties:**

  • Perform residential cleaning tasks according to company standards

  • Dusting furniture and surfaces

  • Sweeping and mopping floors

  • Vacuuming carpets and rugs

  • Sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens

  • Laundering linens and towels

  • Deep cleaning

  • Providing excellent customer service to clients

  • Additional duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**

  • Reliable transportation to get from house to house in Cuyahoga, and parts of Medina and Lorain Counties. If you do not have reliable transportation do not apply.

  • Proven experience in residential cleaning

  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and with a team efficiently
