Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finisher to join our manufacturing team. The Finisher will play a crucial role in ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications before they are shipped to customers. This position requires proficiency in using various tools and equipment, as well as a strong understanding of quality inspection processes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform finishing operations on products using hand tools and machinery.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Operate stamping presses and CNC machines as required.
  • Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to verify dimensions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Assist in tooling setup and adjustments as needed.
  • Operate forklifts for material handling when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or finishing role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, milling machines, and quality inspection techniques is advantageous.
  • Experience operating stamping presses, CNC machines, and forklifts is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is beneficial but not mandatory.
