Now Hiring: Regional Director – Property Management (Concord, Dover & Peterborough, NH)
A well-established property management company is seeking an experienced Regional Director to oversee operations across our Concord, Dover, and Peterborough offices. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence in property operations, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight to property managers and site teams across all three regions
- Ensure full compliance with state, federal, and program regulations (including affordable housing programs, LIHTC, HUD)
- Drive operational performance and maintain high standards for resident satisfaction
- Monitor financials, assist with budget development, and optimize portfolio performance
- Support employee training, development, and performance management
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement company initiatives and meet organizational goals
Required Qualifications:
- Strong compliance background—experience with housing program regulations is mandatory
- 3+ years of regional or multi-site management experience in property management
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel regularly between Concord, Dover, and Peterborough
- Working knowledge of property management software and reporting systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, etc.
