Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare services and treatments while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients. As an Aesthetician, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall client experience through your expertise in skincare, makeup application, and various aesthetic treatments.

This is a commission based position, hourly rate will depend on productivity.

You can be your own boss and make your own hours. Office staff is on duty to assist you.

This job is ideal for the Licensed Aesthetician who has an established client base and needs flexibility.

Duties

  • Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
  • Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products tailored to individual client needs.
  • Apply makeup for clients, showcasing skills in makeup application and color theory.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and services effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and front desk areas.
  • Assist with administrative tasks at the front desk as needed, including scheduling appointments using MINDBODY software.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and aesthetic treatments.
  • Provide deep tissue massage services as part of holistic treatment offerings.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills.

Skills

  • Proficient in makeup application with a strong understanding of color theory.
  • Experience with collaboration sales techniques to drive product recommendations.
  • Knowledge of med spa practices and treatments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar scheduling software is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Experience in providing deep tissue massage is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
