Location: Graze Craze – Murrieta, CA Type: Seasonal / Part-Time Pay: $20/hr + pooled tips Schedule: Flexible — evenings, weekends, and holiday availability required (expanded hours during November–December) About the Role: We're looking for flexible, self-starting, no-drama go-getters who can jump in, make decisions, and keep things rolling when it gets busy. As a Grazologist, you'll help build beautiful charcuterie boards, support pop-up and community events, and keep our shop running smoothly — all while having a good time doing it. We hire for quality, not quantity — we're picky about who joins our crew because our vibe matters. You've got to be able to hustle, stay positive, and mesh well with a team that takes pride in every detail. As part of the hiring process, you may be asked to do a short "working interview" — just a quick chance to build a board so we can see your creativity, care, and attention to detail in action. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, like being part of a small but mighty team, and believe in working hard and having fun, you'll fit right in here. You'll Be Doing Things Like: - Creating gorgeous charcuterie boards, boxes & grazing tables (we'll teach you) - Supporting local events, pop-ups, and catering setups - Helping customers in-store and delivering great service with a smile - Contributing to social media — capturing photos, short videos, and creative ideas when the timing's right - Jumping in wherever needed — teamwork makes it all work - Keeping things clean, organized, and moving You'll Fit Right In If You're: - 18 or older (required to operate kitchen equipment and be employed preferred for assisting with off-site catering and client visits - Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays — especially during our busy November–December season when we're open 7 days a week. We do our best to keep scheduling fair, but business needs come first. - Reliable, motivated, and able to make quick decisions - A problem-solver, not a drama-starter - Able to lift 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and stay moving - Someone who understands small business life — we all wear a lot of hats - All about the vibe: positive energy, teamwork, and pride in your work Bonus Points For: - A valid Riverside County Food Handler Card – If you don't yet, no worries — you'll need to complete it within a few days of hire, and we'll cover the cost. - Experience with food service, events, or customer service - Bilingual skills (especially English/Spanish) – not required, but a big plus - Photography or basic content creation skills — we love creativity and fun ideas Who We Are: Graze Craze – Murrieta is a veteran-owned, family-run small business that believes in connecting people through food.
