When will you work?

• This position will work a hybrid schedule in our Swedesboro, NJ office.

What you'll do:

• Support the team in recruiting operations
• Become the resident subject matter expert (SME) for our ATS and provide day to day support.
• Initiating and reviewing new hire Background checks, drug screens and other pre-employment tasks.
• Coordinating communication to appropriate internal departments (IT, Facilities etc) and the hiring manager of each new hire and start date details.
• Assisting new hire with self-onboarding in ATS/HRIS.
• Host new hire orientation in person and virtually
• Build and run regular recruiting status reports from our ATS.
• Create and edit job advertisements from job descriptions.
• Manage postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other external job boards.
• Research and suggest platforms for sourcing and recruitment marketing.
• Supplement the team by sourcing talent for open or planned positions.
• Work with Career Success Leader to identify training opportunities for the team as a whole (ie: resources, interview guides, policies, etc).
• Manage the Employee Referral Program.
• Update and maintain interview feedback forms
• Coordinate internal interview scheduling with Career Success Leader and hiring managers
• Suggest process improvements to help create efficiencies.
• Social media recruiting campaigns
• Host video learning sessions for candidates interested in our operations and customer care roles

Who you are:

• Confident in your ability to learn new technology tools, including social media and ATS/HRIS
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Passion for customer service and helping others succeed
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• High level of accuracy, superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

What you've done:

• Gained 1-3 years experience onboarding or relevant recruiting, human resources experience
• Earned a bachelors degree in human resources, business or related field or combined relevant experience
• Worked on an ATS/HRIS and feel confident in your skillset
