What You'll Do

  • Commercial Finance Partnership
    : Partner with US and international commercial teams to provide financial insights that drive sales growth and margin improvement.
  • Trade Spend Optimization
    : Analyze and manage trade investments, ensuring promotional activity delivers strong ROI and supports long-term customer relationships.
  • S&OP Leadership
    : Own the Sales & Operations Planning process, integrating sales forecasts with supply chain and finance to improve accuracy and execution.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
    : Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for the $100MM+ US business.
  • Decision Support
    : Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership, enabling data-driven decision making in pricing, customer profitability, and resource allocation.
  • Executive Reporting
    : Develop and deliver clear presentations for global senior executives, translating complex data into impactful business narratives.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in finance roles with a focus on sales, trade, or commercial finance.
  • Background in consumer packages goods or vertically integrated food/beverage manufacturing businesses with branded retail products.
  • Strong business partnering mindset and comfort working across functions and geographies.
  • Proven ability to turn data into strategy and influence decision-making.
  • Experience leading or enhancing S&OP processes and trade spend management required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
