Overview

We're seeking an experienced Geomatics & Survey Project Manager to lead and manage diverse surveying and mapping projects. This role blends technical precision, leadership, and project management to deliver high-quality results for transportation, infrastructure, and land development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee boundary, topographic, route, and ALTA surveys from planning to delivery.
  • Lead field and office teams using Total Stations, GPS, LiDAR, and drone technologies.
  • Prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules while ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate closely with clients, engineers, and regulatory agencies (including GDOT).
  • Mentor staff, promote innovation, and uphold professional surveying standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Georgia (or ability to obtain within one year).
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in land surveying and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Carlson, and GDOT MicroStation/OpenRoads Design (ORD).
  • Experience with GIS, LiDAR, and UAS (drone) mapping preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75, $101,646.69 per year
