Position Summary

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our award-winning team The CSR is the first point of contact for customers and plays an essential role in delivering a positive experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, professional, and passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
  • Enter and manage customer information and service requests
  • Process customer payments securely over the phone
  • Follow up on internet leads and online service requests
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry in company systems
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service in every interaction

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or office experience preferred (HVAC or home services experience a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and data entry systems
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Patient, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
