Affiliate Marketing Manager (Contractor Role)

100% Remote | Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM PST

Job Description:

Are you an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager with a passion for empowering women to live their best lives? We're seeking a talented individual to join us on an exciting journey over the next 60 days, with the option for a long-term partnership

About Us:

We specialize in high-ticket coaching programs designed to help driven and ambitious women create fun, fulfilling, and financially rewarding lives and careers. Our approach emphasizes the importance of community and support, and we're looking for someone equally passionate about this mission. Most driven women feel alone, and our founder, Katie, is the life and career coach who ensures they feel supported and avoid burnout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute engaging affiliate marketing campaigns targeting female audiences.
  • Recruit and manage affiliates and micro-influencers who resonate with our brand and values.
  • Create compelling content collateral for our monthly webinars, which have a higher conversion rate than evergreen setups.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure campaign alignment and success.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in high-ticket sales, particularly within coaching programs.
  • Established relationships with affiliates and micro-influencers focused on female empowerment.
  • Strong ability to create effective marketing campaigns and content for webinars.
  • A proactive approach to recruitment and partnership development.

Contract Details:

  • Contractor position
  • 100% remote
  • Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM PST
  • Eligibility: U.S.-based candidates only
