Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and systems. This role requires a strong technical aptitude and the ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients.

Duties

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems as per company standards.
  • Diagnose issues using tools such as an ohmmeter to assess electrical components and systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex problems effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter, is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
