The Quality Assurance Specialist position will perform and prioritize a multitude of complex duties in the areas of operations, including forecast analysis, grief resolution, slotting and product movement, composition of clear email communications, and reconciliation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Interactive communication with multiple departments
  • Equipment Operation (Order Picker)
  • Performs a variety of complex administrative duties
  • Operates various warehouse machinery and equipment
  • Completes data entry on all new items entering the facility
  • Assists with special projects assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a distribution environment
  • SAP experience a must
  • Strong computer, analytical, and data entry skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage and prioritize time and tasks
  • Possess a customer-oriented attitude
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Work requires moderate muscular exertion and/or physical strain such as frequently climbing or, recurring bending, lifting, or lowering of items weight up to 50 pounds.
