We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow AI Developer
to design, develop, and implement intelligent workflows leveraging
ServiceNow's AI capabilities
—including
Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
ServiceNow development
,
machine learning integrations
, and
generative AI
tools to optimize automation and decision-making across enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI-powered workflows and automation using
    ServiceNow Now Platform
    .
  • Integrate
    Generative AI (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or ServiceNow LLM)
    to enhance productivity in ITSM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
  • Build and configure
    custom AI models and integrations
    using REST APIs, Python ML services, or external platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5plus years
    of hands-on experience in
    ServiceNow Development
    (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer).
  • Strong understanding of
    ServiceNow modules
    such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
  • Experience with
    ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence
    ,
    Virtual Agent
    , or
    AI Search
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Now Assist
    (Generative AI),
    LLM-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of
    APIs, web services (REST/SOAP)
    , and data integration best practices.
  • Proficiency in
    JavaScript
    ,
    Python
    , or
    PowerShell
    for automation and AI model integration.
  • Experience with
    NLU models
    ,
    chatbot frameworks
    , or
    AI/ML lifecycle management
    is a plus.
  • Understanding of
    data privacy, security
    , and
    compliance
    in enterprise AI applications.
