The Role:

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you'll engage directly with developers and operators who sign up to use Trestle. Your mission is to accelerate activation, increase conversion to paid plans, and identify customers ready for enterprise solutions. You'll guide customers from first signup to onboarding success and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond rapidly to new inbound signups via chat, email, and phone within SLA to deliver a responsive, human experience.
  • Guide customers through initial setup, API integration, and best practices to minimize time to value.
  • Monitor customer usage to identify upsell and enterprise potential and create seamless handoffs to account executives.
  • Optimize conversion rates from trial signups to paid/self-serve customers and grow Self-Serve Wallet share within existing accounts.
  • Conduct product demos and deliver a solution-sales approach that demonstrates value and drives adoption.
  • Track all activities in HubSpot, maintain follow-up cadences, and support Sales in reactivation campaigns.
  • Engage in relevant virtual communities and social channels to capture demand and collaborate with Marketing to optimize conversion messaging.
  • Communicate customer insights, market learnings, and product improvement opportunities to enhance the Trestle platform for end users.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team goals by driving customer engagement, activation, and revenue growth.

About You:

  • 1–3 years in SaaS sales, sales-adjacent, or technical support roles.
  • Completed degree, sales program, or relevant experience.
  • Can demonstrate how to use an API (Please prepare for an interview.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication — prompt, clear, and customer-centric.
  • Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
  • Based in the Seattle/Bellevue, WA area (in-office expectation).

  • Familiarity with tools such as Postman/Insomnia
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier, , and Clay

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive base of $25/hour, performance-based commission, and stock options. We also provide comprehensive medical benefits.
