Outside Sales Representatives:

  • Enjoy uncapped commission that is paid out weekly. Average annual earnings of over $150k, with a potential of reaching $300,000 We close higher than any home improvement company in the market. Average closing rate is 50% and the best part is our customers are calling us
  • Paid training & consistent training / support for continued success
  • Run WARM pre-set and pre-qualified appointments
  • Over an 85% lending approval rate
  • Less than a 10% cancellation rate
