What You'll Do
  • Diagnose, service, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems
  • Support restoration and remodeling projects when needed
  • Perform duct cleaning, system maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used
  • Communicate clearly with customers and team members
  • Ensure tools and equipment are kept clean and in good condition
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC or air conditioning systems
  • Experience with restoration, drywall, or remodeling (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must pass background check
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying environments (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops)
  • Good communication skills — bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and professional attitude
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to use restoration or HVAC tools and read simple plans/schematics
  • Comfortable working around water damage, smoke odor, or debris
