We're opening a new restaurant at The Dunes in the Promenade in Marina

Lalla Grill and El Charrito will operate together under one roof — Lalla Grill as a full-service restaurant and El Charrito offering a more casual counter-service experience. Both will share the same kitchen and back-of-house team, with separate dining areas and outdoor patios to create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. This role is essential to keeping operations running smoothly by maintaining clean kitchenware, supporting kitchen staff, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

You'll report directly to the El Charrito Managers and work closely with the kitchen team to uphold high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dishwashing area.
  • Assist with light prep and cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Support kitchen operations and restocking as required.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen flow.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented and detail-focused.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades:

  • Lavar, desinfectar y organizar platos, utensilios y equipos de cocina.
