We're hiring full-time Skilled Laborers to assist our team in a variety of general contracting projects throughout Sonoma and Marin County.

Requirements:

We hire based on attitude first. You must be:

  • Independent, but able to work well as part of a team when needed
  • Coachable and eager to learn new skills
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Focused on doing quality work — getting it right the first time
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in various environments
  • Punctual, responsible, and safety-conscious

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparation, demolition, installation, and cleanup on job sites
  • Support carpenters, installers, and project leads in completing construction tasks
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Follow all company safety procedures and project instructions

Other Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in construction, general contracting, or a related trade preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel
