Snow Equipment Operator

Qualifications

? Customer and quality focus

? Effective communication skills (verbal and written)

? Ability to work independently and within a team environment

? Analytical and problem-solving skills

? Valid drivers license with a safe driving record

? Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly

? Able to operate equipment such as skid steers, loaders and/or RTV's with mounted snow plows or pushers

? Available 24/7

? Prepare and show up for calls fee from the influence of any drugs, alcohol or medications that have an effect on safe and productive equipment operation

? Minimum 2 years of experience operating snowplows and or snowplow equipment

Requirements:

Key Requirements

? Must keep excellent records of times, dates, equipment inspection, site/service logs

? Respond quickly to calls for snow and ice events

? Clear snow from customer sites from designated areas

? Pile snow in designated and approved locations only

? Operate equipment in a safe, responsible and efficient manner following all recommended operating procedures

? Always be available for communication during, before and after a shift

? Submit paperwork and documentation promptly at the end of each shift

? Work safely near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis
