Job Summary:

MountainView Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking a BC Internal Medicine Physician to join our group. The incoming candidate will work with our Internal Medicine Residency Program for about 20-35 hours per month dedicated to teaching the residents in the clinic, and for ambulatory related didactics. Experienced and efficient in ambulatory medicine is required.

Qualified Candidates:

• Candidates must present with broad knowledge of, experience with, and commitment to internal medicine as a discipline, patient centered care, and to the generalist training of residents
• Must possess excellent interpersonal /administrative /team building skills
• Required and protected, dedicated time of 30% to program duties with the other 70% time to be in the continuity clinic
• Experienced and efficient in ambulatory medicine

• Complex and minimally invasive surgical services including; neurosurgery, vascular, cardiovascular and thoracic, orthopedic, bariatrics, colorectal, gynecology

• Comprehensive cardiac services including a heart failure program
