We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Total Rewards to lead the design, implementation, and management of our compensation, payroll, and benefits programs. Description

Compensation Strategy & Management

  • Develop and maintain competitive compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure pay equity and competitiveness.
  • Partner with leadership on annual merit, bonus, and incentive planning.

Payroll Oversight

  • Manage payroll operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to streamline payroll processes and resolve discrepancies.

Benefits Administration

  • Oversee health, wellness, and retirement benefit programs.
  • Evaluate vendors and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and employee experience.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Compliance & Governance

  • Maintain adherence to all compensation, payroll, and benefits-related laws and regulations.
  • Develop policies and procedures to support transparency and consistency.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on total rewards strategy.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align programs with organizational goals.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certification (CCP, CEBS) preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation, payroll, and benefits leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to design and implement total rewards strategies in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of industry benchmarks and market trends in the property sector.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for compensation and benefits programs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with stakeholders.

Job Offer

  • $170,000 to $200,000 base + bonus
