About LOL Burger Bar

LOL Burger Bar is expanding our footprint with the launch of our mobile food truck division, bringing our gourmet burgers and signature "Live Out Loud" culture to events across Atlanta. We are hiring up to 4 dependable, high-performing team members who can represent the brand with excellence—both on the grill and with our guests.

We're building a team of Guest Experience Champions (front-of-house & service) and Kitchen Experience Champions (back-of-house & culinary) who thrive in fast-paced, mobile kitchen environments.

Positions We Are Hiring

Guest Experience Champion

  • Engages guests with energy and professionalism
  • Takes orders using Toast POS
  • Manages guest flow, hospitality, and service quality
  • Supports event setup, breakdown, and truck cleanliness

Kitchen Experience Champion

  • Executes high-volume cooking on grill, flat top, and fryer
  • Prepares burgers, wings, fries, and specialty items to LOL Burger Bar standards
  • Maintains food safety, prep, and line organization
  • Supports truck operations during events and daily service

What We're Looking For

We are seeking team-oriented, reliable, and skilled individuals with experience in:

  • Grill & line cooking (especially burgers and wings)
  • Fryer operations
  • Fast-casual or mobile kitchen environments
  • Strong customer service & communication
  • Ability to work in a compact, high-heat mobile kitchen
  • Professionalism, cleanliness, and urgency

Preferred Skills (Enhanced Compensation Consideration):

  • Clean driving record
  • Experience driving or maneuvering a food truck, box truck, or trailer
  • Event operations experience

Schedule & Expectations

  • Up to 40 hours per week
  • Must be available for evenings, weekends, and private/corporate events
  • Overtime may be required
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute high-quality food prep, cooking, and service
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality and guest engagement
  • Maintain line readiness, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • Assist with truck setup, breakdown, restocking, and cleaning
  • Support team rhythm and communicate effectively during rushes
  • (If applicable) Safely operate or assist in moving the food truck

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
