In this role, you'll prepare precise, competitive bids, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of the commercial division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review project plans to assess labor, material, and equipment requirements
  • Produce detailed and accurate estimates using modern software tools
  • Coordinate with project and field teams to align bids with actual execution
  • Maintain relationships with clients and trade partners through consistent communication and site visits
  • Monitor bid performance, adjust pricing strategies, and identify new opportunities
  • Achieve individual bid and sales goals that drive overall growth

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction, landscaping, or hardscaping
  • Strong ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bid processes
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and numerical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with estimating or takeoff software preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Professional certifications (e.g. CMHA) preferred or obtainable within 12 months
