Key Responsibilities

  • Swift Response: Answer crisis calls within five minutes and arrive on-site within 90 minutes to provide immediate support.
  • Clinical Excellence: Perform high-quality assessments and create individualized treatment plans with empathy, ensuring clients feel supported.
  • Documentation: Ensure clear, timely, and accurate documentation, adhering to location-specific requirements and agency protocols.
  • Leadership in Crisis: Act as the primary clinician on the scene, including solo assessments at secure locations (e.g., hospitals, police stations).
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with various community agencies, maintaining positive partnerships and meeting all regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training, supervision, and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field. A master's degree and professional license (e.g., LPC, LCSW) are highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of six months in the mental health field, with a strong understanding of crisis intervention and mental health assessments.
  • Skills: Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using EHR systems is a plus.
  • Requirements: Must have a reliable, insured vehicle and be comfortable navigating throughout our service area.

Hours:

Every other week on call. 5:00pm - 8:00am CST Monday - Friday & All day Saturday/Sunday

Location:

Must reside within 90 minutes of these counties: Schuyler, Adair, Macon, Scotland, Knox, Shelby, Clark, Lewis, and Marion
