Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Winter Springs, FL. The selected candidate will contribute to the development and refinement of Timeplast's groundbreaking material. Responsibilities include conducting research, managing and executing extruding protocols with Timeplast materials, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with environmental and technical standards. You will play a critical role in scaling up production processes while maintaining the core vision of sustainability and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in material science, chemical engineering, or related disciplines
  • Experience with R&D processes, prototyping, and scaling-up production
  • Proficiency in technical analysis, problem-solving, and data interpretation
