What you'll do

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, while adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Deliver outstanding bottle service, ensuring guests receive prompt attention and personalized service throughout their experience.
  • Maintain an organized bar area, including inventory management and cleanliness, to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Utilize toast systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.
  • Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere, fostering repeat business through exceptional hospitality.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events and banquets, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating strong math skills for effective cashiering.
  • Stay informed about current trends in the food industry, including brewing techniques and cocktail innovations.

Experience

  • Previous bartending or bottle service experience in a nightclub or fine dining setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with toast or Micros POS systems is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently juggle multiple orders during peak hours.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential.
  • Experience in catering or banquet service is advantageous.
  • Basic math skills are required for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.
