Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination and prioritization of operative business and any special project(s)
  • Continuous improvement of prioritization practices
  • Partner with global Demand Management and SCM/Operations colleagues to align demands and capacities in case of material or production constraint
  • Create and analysis data reporting to maintain system integrity
  • Purchase order management from global suppliers through SAP both automatic & manual
  • Responsible for achieving and maintaining area KPIs
  • Work with global manufacturing plants/sites to ensure timely delivery of product
  • Escalation through outlined process channels
  • Utilize role specific transactions in SAP
  • Create, push out, pull in or cancel purchase orders based on MRP requirements. Adjust customer orders in vendor's system as necessary.
  • Challenge and/or verify demand planning and market requirements
  • Coordinate special shipments (airfreight and direct shipments) with vendors, and internal departments (Imports and Warehouse)
  • Coordinate and expedite tasks related to inventory control management
  • Any additional tasks related to and impactful on the achievement of Sales, Customer & Demand Management targets

Your Qualifications

  • Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in MRP, supply chain scheduling, purchasing, and/or procurement within a manufacturing environment
  • Solid understanding of resource planning principles
  • Proficient in office technology, including Microsoft Excel, Access, and related software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to analyze reports and utilize data to inform business decisions
  • Skilled in preparing reports, tables, and charts using Excel or SAP Business Warehouse
  • Superior critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable and flexible in response to changing needs and situations
  • Basic knowledge of import and export processes
