Responsibilities
- Assist with channel revenue, inventory and pricing reporting for management
- Help update customer pricing exception notes in SFDC
- Maintain quote records in Model N by expiring quotes that have passed their validity dates.
- Follow-up with Business Unit (BU) Pricing teams on outstanding quotes that are pending.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks to support the sales operations team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong business analysis, data mining, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power Pivot is a plus.
- A self-starting, self-motivated and drive attitude, with a strong desire for team success
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A track record of academic success and achievement.
