Responsibilities

  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and maintain high standards of care.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and daily activities.
  • Encourage socialization and positive interactions among children through structured activities.

Requirements

  • Credentials in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting is essential.
  • Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff effectively.
  • Ability to create an engaging curriculum that meets the diverse needs of students.
