- Ensure all assets render properly and scale across devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile)
- Maintain a consistent and high-quality visual standard across client projects
The Ideal Candidate:
- Learns quickly, asks smart questions, and takes initiative
- Is excited to learn about the automotive industry and digital marketing landscape
- Thrives in a team environment and enjoys collaborating with other creatives and marketers
- Stays organized and communicates effectively to meet project deadlines and priorities
- Enjoys combining design creativity with front-end development skills to bring ideas to life

- Shadow current design and development team members to understand the day-to-day responsibilities and expectations of the role.
- Gain a solid understanding of brand guidelines, co-op requirements, and compliance standards — and how they influence the design and functionality of our client deliverables.
By the end of your first 90 days, you'll be ready to take ownership of your projects and confidently contribute to the creation of high-quality, compliant web and email designs across multiple client accounts
