As a Hybrid Fund Accountant/Financial Analyst, you'll gain broad exposure to cutting-edge technologies and develop the skills to thrive in the rapidly growing asset sector. You'll work closely with senior leadership to deliver fund reporting, audits, and operational processes, while contributing to strategic projects that advance firm-wide objectives. You'll also have the opportunity to support the development of AI-driven tools that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fund Reporting
  • Annual Audit
  • Fund Operations
  • Address investor finance-related inquiries.
  • Support SPV finance processes, including capital calls, reporting, tax, and audits.
  • Assist with tax compliance, including K-1 and return reviews.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc analysis and special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, tax, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years in asset management auditing/accounting, with at least 2 years in VC or PE.
  • CPA preferred
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
