What is the work?
Management:

  • Manages the Corporate product hierarchy structure, including all changes and additions
  • Manages a team of Business Analysts in support of Center Store merchandising teams
  • Responsible for the production or services of the department or area
  • Hires, fires, promotes, demotes, transfers, disciplines and grants raises or effectively recommends such actions
  • Leads, coaches, and provides effective feedback
  • Assists in developing budgets and goals
  • Is the primary supplier of feedback to upper management
  • Manages one or more multiple work groups or unites in several different areas or a large functional unit; receives information in the form of objectives and sets goals to meet objectives; work is reviewed based on meeting objectives
  • Provides clear objectives and offers support as needed
  • Expresses how employees impact operational objectives
  • Completes objectives through lower-level supervisors or exempt professionals who have some latitude
  • Participates in enterprise level or cross-functional projects when necessary

What is your background?

  • A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
  • 8+ years financial analysis experience, including
  • 1+ years of experience managing a Planning / Analysis function
  • Experience successfully working complex issues with senior management
