Metal Fabricator – Join the Leisure Time Team

Leisure Time Inc. is growing — and we're looking for a skilled, self-motivated Metal Fabricator to join our dedicated team. This position plays an essential role in crafting high-quality products that meet our standards of excellence and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

As a Metal Fabricator at Leisure Time, you'll be responsible for building and assembling products such as chase covers, enhancers, and fire stops, as well as assisting with occasional warehouse operations and tub deliveries. We're looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, takes pride in precision work, and can manage their time and schedule effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Fabricate metal components including chase covers, enhancers, and fire stops
  • Operate a variety of metalworking tools and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Work independently to meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality
  • Follow the production schedule and update progress accurately as jobs advance
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
  • Support with occasional tub deliveries and related logistical tasks

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in metal fabrication or a related trade
  • Strong understanding of metal materials, tools, and fabrication processes
  • Ability to read and follow job schedules and work orders
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
  • Basic computer or scheduling software skills preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for delivery tasks)
