Day to day as a Service Desk Dispatcher

As a Service Desk Dispatcher at TriCore Logic, you'll manage the flow of daily service requests and help keep our technicians working at peak efficiency. Each day, you'll review incoming tickets, confirm details, assign priorities, and schedule the right technical resources based on availability and SLAs.

You'll be the main point of contact for clients, communicating updates, gathering any missing information, and coordinating next steps. Throughout the day, you'll monitor technician workloads, ensure time entries stay current, and escalate requests that need additional attention.

You'll work closely with both internal and field technicians, follow established PSA processes, and help drive fast turnaround times and strong client satisfaction. It's a role built for someone who thrives on organization, quick decision-making, and keeping operations running smoothly.
