  • Prepare production-ready files for various executions, ensuring designs meet technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Conceptualize physical and interactive experiences through design that helps tell a story.

  • Comfortable designing for things you've never tackled before, with curiosity and adaptability driving your work.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, with experience in designing decks for PowerPoint and Google Slides. Familiarity with motion design tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of file preparation for print, digital, and other production formats.
  • A deep understanding of youth and consumer culture, with an eye for what's next.
  • Bonus points for previous digital design or interactive experience.
  • Ability to balance independent work on smaller projects with collaboration on larger initiatives.
  • Comfortable presenting work to clients and internal teams, explaining design concepts with confidence and clarity.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a passion for marketing campaigns and consumer trends.
  • A relentless drive to elevate every project—always pushing artistic and conceptual boundaries to make the work f'n awesome.
