Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality healthcare in a Heart Telemetry unit. The RN will be responsible for monitoring patients, managing telemetry equipment, and performing various nursing procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and interpret telemetry readings to assess patient status.
  • Administer medications and manage IV drips, including Cardizem and Amiodarone.
  • Provide care for patients with chest tubes and weight-based heparin drips.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge planning.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Telemetry and Meditech experience preferred.
  • Experience with managing telemetry patients and associated equipment.
