We are a locally-owned industry leader in the home improvement business, serving the Greater Charlotte area. The position consists of meeting with clients at their homes and providing them with informed solutions through a proven Client Consultation Process. TruGuard offers the following services: Roofing, Siding, Windows, Cabinet Refacing, & Bath Renovations.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Run in-home sales consultations with our clients

Attend all Renovation Consultant meetings and coaching sessions to learn and grow, both personally and professionally

Work with our valued clients to provide TRU solutions to their problems in a professional and knowledgeable manner

Adopt, follow, and administer our proven Client Consultation Process (One call)

Requirements:
