Las Vegas Ballpark, under the Seaport Entertainment Group umbrella, has partnered with Social House Entertainment to bring Enchant Christmas back to Las Vegas Ballpark in 2025. Enchant Christmas has been a holiday tradition at the venue for the past four years, delighting guests with its immersive experiences and festive atmosphere.

About The Role:

Do you love the thrill of ice skating and have a knack for keeping things safe and fun? As a Skate Monitor (Ice Attendant) at Enchant, you'll be at the heart of the skating trail, helping guests glide with confidence while ensuring a safe and magical experience. You'll combine your skating skills with a guest-first mindset, creating moments of joy on the ice while keeping everything running smoothly.

What You Will Do:

• Safety First: Keep watch over the skating trail, stepping in quickly and calmly to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for all guests.

• Assist with Care:Help guests on and off the ice, offering friendly guidance and encouragement so everyone—from first-timers to seasoned skaters—feels supported.

• Lead on the Ice: Confidently skate the trail to monitor activity, assist with guests in need, and demonstrate safe skating practices.

• Maintain the Ice: Clear obstacles, watch for hazards, and report maintenance needs to keep the surface in top condition.

• Stay Connected: Communicate with the Skate Shop team and Skate Shop Lead to coordinate guest flow and share updates throughout your shift.

• Be Prepared: Attend pre-shift briefings to understand the day's schedule, special groups, and operational notes.

• Handle Situations Gracefully: Address guest interactions with kindness, escalating incidents to the Skate Shop Lead when needed.

• Shine with Professionalism: Follow all uniform, safety, and credential guidelines to represent Enchant and Las Vegas Ballpark with pride.

• Add to the Magic: Keep the atmosphere festive and fun, ensuring the skating trail feels as special as the season itself.

About You:

• Strong Skater: Proficient and comfortable skating for extended periods while assisting others.

• Safety-Minded: A proactive eye for spotting potential risks and keeping guests secure.

• Guest-Focused: Warm, approachable, and eager to help guests feel welcome and cared for.

• Reliable & Energetic: Punctual, dependable, and able to handle the physical demands of skating and standing for long shifts.

• Collaborative Spirit: Works well with team members to create seamless and memorable guest experiences.

• Flexible Availability: Ready to work evenings, weekend, and holidays throughout the event season.

Commitment:

• Training: Dates to be confirmed.

• Show Period: November 19 – December 28, 2025 (Afternoon/Evening Hours)

• Availability: Must be prepared to work every day which may include Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Compensation range: $22-23 Hourly, Temporary/Seasonal
