As an Front Desk Receptionist (Part Time), you will be the secret sauce behind our premier medical spa location. Using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the Front Desk Receptionist will guide each patient through their aesthetic journey making them feel confident, comfortable, and well-supported. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure patients receive an exceptional experience from initial consultation through follow-up.
- Promote services through strategic patient outreach and follow-up to enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Leverage expert knowledge to provide value-driven recommendations that optimize patient outcomes and practice performance.
- Optimize scheduling to ensure efficient and timely coordination of appointments, consultations, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including consultations, sales, and follow-up communications.
- Facilitate seamless coordination between clinical teams and patients for a consistent patient journey.
- Uphold an orderly and well-kept space, enhancing the patient's experience throughout the med spa.
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous medical experience working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, or cosmetic dermatology.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
- Strong background in patient education and customer service, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Strong business acumen and superior organizational skills.
- Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and procedures is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible availability - _Part Time Position 10-15 hours a week, 1-2 Saturdays per month.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
To ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, we have established the following physical requirements.
- This position requires knowledge of various aspects of patient care.
- Must possess good organizational skills to balance duties.
- This position requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending.
- Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations.
- Frequent use of the phone, computer, and other clinic technologies.
