Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing menu recommendations as needed.
  • Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms throughout the shift.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, assembling dishes, and stocking supplies.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
  • Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
