Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B marketing Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the lead in brand strategy, responsible for building integrated campaigns that generate awareness, engage decision-makers, and create qualified opportunities.  You will oversee the execution of the corporate initiatives across all our social media platforms, ensuring consistent, up-to-date, and timely messaging. Enphase our services with a clear value proposition and measurable patent centric impact. The ideal candidate will work closely with our business development team and ancillary partners to align target accounts; they possess strong interpersonal skills, a background in B2B marketing, a passion for the medical field and provide exceptional customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare networks and professionals as well as local businesses, to drive awareness and differentiation of our offerings.
  • Build the B2B brand strategy, positioning and messaging framework for health system leaders and key decision makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our services, in conjunction with the needs of our customers.
  • Develop site specific integrated marketing campaigns that support our business development goals, while collaborating with our JV partners' marketing teams.
  • Manage accounts effectively to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and a referral network for our JV partners.
  • Perform outside marketing activities, including prospecting new customers and following up on leads.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of service offerings and customer needs.
  • Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate product information effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Monitor Marketing plans for effect and success to adjust for maximum impact
  • Oversee our social medial platforms for content accuracy, consistency and shared voice to meet brand standards and visual identity.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales or services is preferred.
  • Proven self-starter experience in B2B marketing, including brand management and integrated campaign execution across social media platforms and CRM.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages and articulate complex information persuasively.
  • Excellent project management, organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in driving sales and marketing initiatives and motivating team members.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to define KPI's, analyzes performance and translate insights into action.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • A

- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management is a plus.
