Immediate Hire with our fast Growing, mature, non-medical senior home care agency seeks a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our care management team. This position will perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling and services of clients. The client care manager is responsible for scheduling clients and caregivers to provide the highest quality of services to clients with an emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships. We are a fun, lighthearted office located in a comfortable atmosphere in Exton PA. If you're experienced, self-motivated, dedicated, and dependable, we want you to come and grow with us. Responsible Duties:

  • Demonstrate dependability.
  • Must be highly motivated in a fast-paced multi-tasking setting.
  • Evaluate and monitor recruitment needs for available consumers and present the information to Human Resource.
  • Schedule caregiver staff for hours of service on new care recipients and open hours/shifts on existing cases.
  • Maintain computer schedules and ensure timely data entry for schedules and care recipient information.
  • Exercise good judgment for client care.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and caregivers; create & maintain client and caregivers' schedules.
  • Maintain positive relationships with all clients. Independently respond to and resolve any clients' complaints or concerns.

Required experience:

  • Management or customer service: 1 year (healthcare preferred)
