Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Lead Front Desk Associate & Social Media Coordinator to be the vibrant face of our organization while driving our digital presence forward. In this pivotal role, you will manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for visitors and team members alike. Simultaneously, you will spearhead our social media efforts, crafting engaging content, managing online interactions, and elevating our brand across digital platforms. Your enthusiasm, creativity, and strategic mindset will help foster strong relationships both in person and online, fueling our community engagement and brand growth.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism, providing exceptional front desk service
  • Manage daily front desk operations including scheduling, inquiries, and administrative support
  • Develop, implement, and oversee social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor social media channels to engage audiences via comments, messages, and social listening techniques
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns including Facebook Ads to increase reach and engagement
  • Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies
  • Manage photography and video editing to produce high-quality multimedia content for campaigns or promotional materials
  • Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms while ensuring proofread content is clear, accurate, and aligned with organizational voice

Requirements

  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of content creation
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Strong relationship management skills to foster community engagement both online and offline
  • Excellent communication skills with an eye for proofreading and detail-oriented content development
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Basic photography skills along with video editing capabilities are highly desirable
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday during the day, along with some nights and weekends
