We are looking for a Full Time Supervisor - Swing. Experience as a Security Field Supervisor is required. Truckyard experience is required. Clean Driving Record is also required.

Schedule: Swing shift and open on the Weekends

Pay Scale: $ $24.00 per hour

Proof of current/valid California Driver License and clean driving record required.

Must have knowledge of different operations (Warehouses, Truckyards, Commercial Buildings and Retail) in order to conduct Post Checks or Hold Post.

Field Supervisor minimum requirements:

Demonstrates leadership skillsConsistently motivatedReliableFlexible schedule (swing and night shifts availability required)Possess a valid California driver license and clean driving recordEnthused to counsel, train, and encourage othersMaintain a positive attitude through challenging situationsCommunicate/document thoroughly, efficiently, professionallyKnowledgeable of Microsoft Office programsWillingness to adapt to changing procedures and work environmentsDeal with individuals cautiously and professionallyFollow instructionsDeal tactfully/diplomatically with clients, NGS management, and co-workers.Adhere to and enforce policies and proceduresTake the initiativeSecure premises and personnel by patrolling property as necessaryObtain help by calling law enforcementPrevent losses and damages by reporting abnormalities and suspicious activityInform violators of policies/procedures correct policies/procedures, and consequences [law enforcement] should they fail to complyReport disturbances, and trespassers to law enforcementComplete reports by documenting observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses when necessaryMaintains the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
