Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing efforts to expand the customer base.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and territory management efforts.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote products and services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a strong understanding of territory management and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to conduct engaging product demos and upselling strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing sales data.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients across various industries including retail, technology, or management sectors.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating effective time management skills.
  • Experience in account management, business development, or sales management is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and analysis skills to identify growth opportunities.
  • A proactive approach to cold calling, direct sales, territory sales, and inside sales activities.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
