As a Management/Financial Analyst II, you will play a key role in analyzing financial data, developing performance metrics, and providing recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and fiscal accountability. Working collaboratively with program managers and team, you will contribute to informed decision-making and support YSI's mission of excellence, innovation, and integrity in every engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supports cost tracking, Earned Value Management (EVM), and financial reporting.
  • Prepares CDRL-based reports for EVM metrics.
  • Conducts variance and budget analysis across project tasks.
  • Supports PM with schedule and resource control.

Required skills and experience

  • Bachelors in finance, Business, or Data Analytics.
  • 5+ years project financial management or cost analysis. DoD contract accounting familiarity required.
  • PMP, CDFM, or DAWIA Business Cost Estimating recommended.

Location: Onsite - Philadelphia, PA

Secret clearance (required)

Salary: $70-80K/A with benefits
