We're looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable professional to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our administrative team. This role is responsible for managing vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner

  • Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

  • Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments

  • Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records

  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoices and payments

  • Assist with month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable

  • Support other accounting and administrative functions as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient with accounting software (Foundation is a plus) and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
