Dedicated CDL‑A Truck Driver – No Experience Needed | Home Weekly

We train recent CDL grads – new trucks, steady miles, and real pay.

Have your CDL-A but no experience yet? We'll get you started with paid, hands-on training and help you grow into a full-time solo driver.

What You'll Get:

  • Paid training: $650/week for 4–6 weeks recent grads will start from 0.60 cpm
  • Average weekly pay $1,400
  • Top pay up to $1,800/week
  • Up to 4¢/mile in performance bonuses
  • $1,500 transition bonus
  • Local runs available after 1 month training + 3 months OTR
  • Assigned truck you can take home
  • Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more
  • Transportation, meals hotels will be provided at the orientation (you will get $300)

What You Need:

  • CDL‑A license
  • 120 hours of driving school (within last 2 years)
  • Pass DOT physical (urine & hair test)
  • Clean driving record (minor issues OK)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive 2,200–3,000 miles/week
  • Follow safety procedures and log requirements
  • Work with dispatch for on-time deliveries
