Job Description

Bar Manager needed for Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery . This position is great for someone who is organized with a perky and friendly personality to get the fun and upbeat atmosphere of the bar/restaurant going. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Be responsible for management, operating, promoting the bar area and sport bar elements.
• Duties will include recruiting, hiring, training and developing bartenders to fit Tilted Kilt atmosphere.
• Delivering of revenues and profits by developing, marketing, financing, and providing appealing restaurant service while being in line with Brand's SOP
• Controls purchases and inventory by meeting with account manager; negotiating prices and contracts; developing preferred supplier lists; reviewing and evaluating usage reports; analyzing variances; taking corrective actions
• Accomplishes restaurant and bar human resource objectives by recruiting, training and disciplining management staff; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions and compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
• Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Comply with Franchise Brand Standards and excel in safety standards Support local store marketing programs to strengthen the Brand Awareness and build sales Work with home office, meeting budgeted sales and bottom lines.
• Reports to General Manager.

Required experience:

• 2 Years
• Bilingual Preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40, $50,000.00 per year
