Please note the title of 'Director of First Impressions' as we take great pride in this role as you will be serving as the face of the company when patients arrive. We are looking for someone who is warm, inviting, organized, and a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently provide excellent customer service to all patients and other providers in-person, over the phone and through text/email inquiries
  • Exude a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced vein clinic
  • Oversees daily schedule to ensure seamless patient experience
  • Answering and screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking messages and processing referrals
  • Monitor and respond to office voicemail, email inquiries and text messages throughout the day
  • Accurately checking clients in/out and scheduling all follow up visits
  • Preparing proper medical documents for patients
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and quickly find solutions to potential issues
  • Responsible for cleanliness and appearance of lobby

Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer service and/or reception experience
  • Must have positive attitude
  • Team player with strong work ethic
  • Ability to meet US employment and eligibility requirements.
